Ladies; the date is set, the flowers are ordered, the invites are sent, but... how do you fit into ‘that perfect dress’ and manage everything, including your diet?! Don’t panic! ‘GI Twirl’ is here!
Get the perfect figure for your special day with Twirl’s Bridal Boot Camp. No experience necessary. Brides and Bridesmaids can shed the pounds together in our specially designed workout to tone up and slim down to have that dress fitting like a glove and ready for that bikini on honeymoon. We include each week an informative session on topics such as nutrition and skin care, all in preparation for the special day!
Twirls’ instructors and friends will come together and look after all your needs over the course of 5 weeks.
Bridal Boot Camp will be held twice a week (10 sessions in total). 2 hours the 1st night and one and half hours the second night of each week.
The grand finale of Bridal Boot Camp will be a ‘Relaxation Saturday’, filled with pampering and glamour; exactly what you deserve after all the hard work!
Each week is designed to help you tone up and burn calories, with a variety of fitness lessons across the 5 weeks. Pamper your body and soul each week with our fun but informative Work Life Balance talks.

What to wear
Typical gym wear is advised – tracksuit / leggings / shorts / t-shirts and runners. Once the clothing is comfortable, ensuring free movement. Please bring water with you as you will be working out hard!
